Today, Wednesday 9th at 8:30 pm PST = Thursday 10th, 5:30 am CEST I had a “meeting” with the Los Angeles Dennis Prager Listener group via telephone call. It was exciting!
I was sitting in the kitchen at 5:30 in the morning and had a huuuge dictionary on the table - just in case … - but fortunately I didn’t need it, the conversation was quite smooth, - thank you, Peter! You are a great communicator. It was a lot of fun!
25 Listeners from the LA group were gathered in a room where they met. When I called, they were just in train to watch a video clip of “Baseball, Dennis and the French” - its producer, Paul Croshaw was also there! If I got it right, he wants to come to Germany in the near future. It will be exciting to meet him, I very much hope he is going to call or email us before, so we can have a meeting with him!
I told the LA group, that our group here in Germany is still very small and it is difficult to find new members. We are 9 people altogether and had only 2 meetings so far - only 5 of us met yet. But as I said, I think it’s a matter of time and we will grow, though grow slowly. We are located in: Karlsruhe, close to Würzburg (I), Frankfurt and nearby, Düsseldorf, München, close to Stuttgart. I will call Dennis Prager on an open line next week … our phone call conference today was a kind of ‘test’ for me, too, if I can handle such a conversation in English - because in my daily life, I very rarely speak English, only read and listen, so I don’t have a lot of training in speaking.
Thanks for the invitation to your LA group meetings, too - if one day I visit Los Angeles, I will certainly attend your meeting 
and you are invited to our meetings, too, of course 
It would be great fun to meet some of you and I am sure that everyone has his ’story’ about how he found the show and what Dennis and his points of view mean to him or her.
And though during our phone call I said “the world is small” and was laughing, the truth is, for me the world is only small in technical terms - physically it is huge and therefore it’s really exciting and a lot of fun to connect over such huge distances from a small 6000 people town in Germany, sitting at the kitchen table to a 3.9-million-sunny-Los-Angeles-Listeners-25-people-group assembled for an evening meeting.

P.S. Maybe all the DP Listeners Groups all over the world could connect. That would be fun. Imagine to travel, say, to France and attend a group meeting there one evening. One could come to know people all over the world, wherever there is a Dennis Prager Group. And everybody has something in common with everybody in some respect (political ideas and/or social ideas a.s.o.)
